Welcome to the Record USA Partner Area

Follow the steps below to request an account to be created:

1. Go to the sign up page
2. Fill out the form
3. Click "submit"

After the form has been submitted, it will be sent for approval before the account will be created.

Once the account is approved authorized distributors will receive an email with a username and a One Time Password that you will need to change upon the first login. Legacy Record distributors and web account holders will receive an email letting them know they can login and choose their own password.

Please note that the approval process might take a couple of days.

Since your account request needs to be reviewed to verify distributor status, it might take up to 2-3 days before your account is created and your user credentials are sent to you via email.

Please make sure to also check your spam folder before contacting our support.

Authorized Record distributors follow the steps below for logging in to the Partner Area:

1. Click on the "login" button above
2. You will be redirected to our partner HID and their login page
3. Enter your username and password
4. Click "login"
5. You will be asked to share your information with us
6. Click "allow"
7. You will then be redirected back to the page you logged in from and your personal content will appear under your name in the header navigation

Please note that you will get asked to provide a permanent password in case it is the first time you are logging in.

Legacy Record distributors follow the steps below for logging into the Documents area:

1. Click on the link above designated for legacy Record distributors and web users
2. You will be redirected to the original Record site
3. Click "login" in the top-right corner.

Authorized distributors follow the steps below if you have forgotten your password or want to change it:

1. Click on the "login" button above
2. You will be redirected to our partner HID and their login page
3. Click "reset password"
4. Enter your email address in the "username" and "recovery email address" fields
5. Select "Email" to receive a new temporary password.
6. Click "submit"
7. A temporary password will now be sent to you within a couple of minutes. Please note that the sender of the email is "no-reply.authentication-service@hidglobal.com"
8. Click "next" to get back to the login form where you can use your new temporary password

After receiving the temporary password, you will need to provide a permanent password like you did the first time you logged in.

For Legacy Record Distributors and web account holders follow the steps below to change or update your password:

1. Follow the link above for Legacy Record distributors to be redirected to the original Record site.
2. Click "login" in the top-right corner.
3. Click "forgotten password" 
4. Enter your email to receive a link to update your password

For Authorized Distributors:

For desktop users:
After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing in the header navigation of the website. If you hover that, there will be a menu appearing with all the sections of the Partner Area that you have access to.

For mobile users:
After you have logged in, you will see your name appearing inside the hamburger menu of the website. If you click on your name, you will see all the sections of the Partner Area that you have access to.

For Legacy Record Distributors/Web Account Holders:

Once logged in to the Record site, click "my account" to view your personal information.
