Two Great Companies Becoming One

Ditec Entrematic has been a part of the ASSA ABLOY Group since 2010, working exclusively with distributors and retailers in the indirect channel. After ASSA ABLOY purchased the record group in 2020, in an effort to further strengthen our  product offering and services, the decision was made to merge our two businesses together under the record brand name. Both brands have independently built a great market presence in North America with outstanding products, and we are confident this marriage will only make them stronger!

The name will change, but it’s business as usual. We will continue to work exclusively with distributors and hardware suppliers to bring you the products you know and trust. Both teams will remain so you can expect the same support and service. Our utmost priority remains serving our valued customers.
